Specific objectives: professional activation of at least 22 % of the project- by leading to a total of at least 3 months of employment, increase the employability of the project. Actions: the development of an individual reintegration path for each participant, psychological counselling, legal counselling, rehabilitation activities, socialising workshops, health workshops, activities in the areas of social competence and skills, social inclusion of participants, accompanying support, professional guidance, professional activation, vocational induction, training and vocational courses for participants, activities linked to participants in a project, and training and internship scholarships for participants.     Projekt skierowany do 32 (18K, 14M) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu powiatu bytowskiego, w tym, osób z niepełnosprawnością, w 100% osoby bierne zawodowo (niezarejestrowane w PUP). Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa jakości działań na rzecz aktywizacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz wzrost zatrudnienia wśród uczestników projektu poprzez wdrażanie kompleksowych programów aktywizacji społeczno–zawodowej w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji opracowaną indywidualnie dla każdego z uczestników z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problemowej, zasobów, potencjału, predyspozycji i potrzeb. Cele szczegółowe: aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 22% BO projektu- poprzez doprowadzenie do trwającego co najmniej 3 m-ce zatrudnienia, podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia BO projektu. Działania: opracowanie indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji dla każdego z uczestników, poradnictwo psychologiczne, poradnictwo prawne, zajęcia rehabilitacyjno - uspołeczniające, warsztaty prozdrowotne, zajęcia z zakresu kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych, integracja społeczna uczestników, wsparcie towarzyszące, doradztwo zawodowe, aktywizacja zawodowa, szkolenia i kursy zawodowe dla uczestników, działania związane ze stażami zawodowymi i zatrudnieniem uczestników projektu oraz stypendia szkoleniowe i stażowe.
