SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: —increasing the comp key by making it more attractive and increasing the number of jobs in which 761os(365K396M) will participate, to equip the workshop before.,purchase of ICT tools -increase the future planning skills of education in 761s(365K396M) -increase individualisation in work with students with special needs educator and with pupils 290os(159K131M) -increasing individualisation in work with teachers with special needs educator 290os(159K131M) -increasing for compos. ACTIONS: —workshops of research-experimental (biol-chem-geogr, physio,astronom,mathemat, etc.) -workshop developing comp. mathmat-informatics (from robotics, mechatronics, programming of mobile applications,infomatically-interdisciplinary methods) – guidance and profession (with counselor profession,personal branding-developmental methods) —increasing the learning key and attitudes and skills (innovation, creativity and teamwork) in 70 %, -increasing the ability to plan the future education profession in 50 % of students and increase in the number of graduates in the fields of nature and technology, – gaining competences and qualifications in 90 % n-li. Learners will have access to such tasks, which would not be possible without ESF support: high quality with various teaching tools, lectures on sciences and experts, laboratory and interdisciplinary tools, ICT tools.The project will permanently change the attitudes of n-li in the field of the course. Diagnoza organu pr dla wszystkich(9) szkół woj.pom została opracowana na podst kompleksowej analizy problemów i potencjałów każdej ze szkół.Przyjęto,że 6 szk woj.pom(60%):Uniwersyteckie Kat LO i Publiczne Kat Gimn w Tczewie,Collegium Marianum Kat LO w Pelplinie,Kat LO i Kat Gimn w Chojnicach,Kat Gimn w Kartuzach będą realizować rekomendowane w diag działania,które staną się instrumentem podnoszącym JAKOŚĆ EDUKACJI OGÓLNEJ. CELE SZCZEGÓŁOWE: -podniesienie komp klucz poprzez uatrakcyjnienie i wzrost liczby zaj.dodatk,w kt będzie uczestniczyć 761os(365K396M), doposażenie pracowni przed.,zakup narzędzi TIK -wzrost umiejętności planowania przyszłości eduk-zawod u 761ucz(365K396M) -zwiększenie indywidualizacji w pracy z ucz o specj potrzebach eduk i z ucz mł 290os(159K131M) -podniesienie komp zawod 52(41K11M)nauczycieli.
