Realizacja projektu będzie miała miejsce w Przedszkolu(P),które funkcjonuje od 03.2014r.w Lipuszu.P jest integralną częścią Zespołu Szkół w Lipuszu i stanowi odpowiedź na potrzeby lokalne mieszkańców GL-jest jedynym P publicznym w GL.Liczba mieszkańców GL 3639(dane GUS na XII2014),w tym aż 2293w wieku produkc.co świadczy o młodej strukturze Gminy.Zgodnie z danymi GUS XII 2014 przyrost naturalny GL jest jednym z największych w Powiecie spośród Gmin wiejskich(21).Realizacja działań w projekcie jest oparta wynikami przeprowadzonej diagnozy dot.faktycznych oraz planowanych zapotrzebowań na usługi edukacji przedszk.w GL.Na rok poprzedzający złożenie wniosku o dofinansowanie(2015)w PR jest 90 miejsc przedszk.wszystkie miejsca są zajęte-44K i 46M,łącznie 4 grupy.W r szk.2016/17 liczba ta wzrośnie do 110.Utworzone w ramach projektu miejsca przedszk.będą trwałe przez okres min.2lat od daty zakoń.projektu.Obecnie w PR są dostępne 4 sale dydaktyczne,by pomieścić kolejne dzieci jest przygotowana 1 sala,które wymagają wyposażenia.Większa liczba dzieci w GL jest spowodowana wzrostem przyrostu naturalnego-2012-53(27Ki26M),2013-50(25Ki25M),2014-55(25Ki30M)(dane te świadczą o braku istniejących barier równościowych w obszarze temat.inerwencji)ale także zmianą Ustawy o systemie oświaty,a co za tym idzie możliwością pozostania w przedszkolu kat.wiek.4 i 5 latków,5 i6 latków tzw.zerówk.Projekt skierowany jest do 110 dzieci w wieku przedszk.zamieszk. teren GL oraz do 8 nauczycieli pracujących w przedszkolu(8K).Głównym celem projektu jest upowszechnienie i podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w GL.Cele szczegółowe to wzrost ilości miejsc przedszkolnych w GL,podniesienie jakości kształcenia w P i podniesienie kwalifikacji nauczycieli.Zaplanowane działania w projekcie to:1.Utworzenie dodatkowej grupy przedszkolnej,w tym wyposażenie dodatkowej sali dydaktycznej.2.Zorganizowanie dodatkowych zajęć edukacyjnych dla dzieci.3.Wzrost kwalifikacji nauczycieli z placówki przedszkolnej w GL.
