Projekt dot. rewaloryzacji i przebudowy zabytkowych obiektów Teatru Wybrzeże położonych na Głównym Mieście w Gdańsku: Starej Apteki i Przejścia Bramnego w celu adaptacji ich na funkcje kulturalno-turystyczne (nowa scena z salą prób i tarasem widokowym w Przejściu Bramnym, foyer w Starej Aptece). Inwestycja pozwoli na zachowanie zabytkowych obiektów i pełne wykorzystanie ich potencjału, a także poprawi estetykę i zwiększy atrakcyjność Głównego Miasta w Gdańsku (główny obszar penetracji turystycznej). Jednocześnie - dzięki rozwojowi działalności Teatru i wprowadzeniu unikatowej w skali województwa oferty skierowanej do szerokiego grona odbiorców, w tym turystów zagranicznych- przyczyni się do stworzenia spójnej i atrakcyjnej oferty turystycznej i kulturalnej Gdańska oraz wydłużenia sezonu turystycznego.
