Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa rewitalizacja rejonu dawnej wsi Oksywie z ulicami Dickmana, Śmidowicza na obszarze o pow. ok. 193 ha zamieszkałą przez ok. 2 500 osób będąca indywidualnie określoną w ramach GPR strategią wzajemnie powiązanych działań obejmujących: - stworzenie Domu Sąsiedzkiego przy ulicy Śmidowicza 49, - stworzenie traktu pieszego i parku leśnego pomiędzy ul. Bosmańską i Żeglarzy, - prace przy lokalu na ul. Płk. Dąbka 52, - budowę u. Makowskiego z przejściem do ul. Arciszewskich i wykonanie chodnika wzdłuż ul. Arciszewskich, - zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznej przy ul. Arciszewskich, - przebudowę układu komunikacyjnego w obrębie centrum dawnej wsi Oksywie, - stworzenie boisk w sąsiedztwie V LO, - zagospodarowanie Osady Rybackiej, - modernizację wybranych elementów części wspólnych w mieszkalnych budynkach komunalnych i wspólnot mieszkaniowych oraz - realizowane w bezpośrednim powiązaniu działania społeczne w ramach instrumentu elastyczności.
