The “(Po)sea of new professional opportunities” project is a partnership project, implemented in the period 01.11.2017-31.10.2019. Participants of the project will be 90 people (54K; 36M) from the Pomeranian Voivodship, made redundant for reasons not involving employees and workers expected to dismiss (40 persons scheduled to dismiss, 38 unemployed and 12 inactive persons), including among others. 72 people (min.80 % of the target group) most vulnerable in the labour market (i.e. belonging to a minimum of one of the following groups): people over 50, people with disabilities, low-skilled people, women). The aim of the project is to increase the chances of re-employment of 90 project participants through comprehensive outplacement support covering all forms of aid identified as necessary to improve the situation of the person on the labour market in the period 01.11.2017-31.10.2019. Each participant will pursue an individual support path, including a set of forms of aid that will be identified as necessary to improve the labour market situation within one of the three paths planned in the project: path Vocational Activation – Complementation of Qualifications (path A1): vocational training, intermediation of work; — path Vocational activation – retraining (path A2): vocational training, internships, intermediation; —Business path – self-employment (path B): training and advisory support preparing for starting a business, one-off grant, bridge support. In addition, each participant will be subject to professional guidance and psychological counselling. As a result of the project: min. 90 % UP i.e. 81 people (49K, 32M) will gain qualifications or professional competences, min. 40 % of UP i.e. 36 people (23K, 13M) will take up employment after the project, 24 UP (14K, 10M) will start their own business.     Projekt „(Po)morze nowych możliwości zawodowych” to projekt partnerski, realizowany w okresie 01.11.2017-31.10.2019. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 90 osób (54K;36M) z województwa pomorskiego, zwolnionych z przyczyn niedotyczących pracowników oraz pracowników przewidzianych do zwolnienia (40 osób przewidzianych do zwolnienia, 38 osób bezrobotnych i 12 osób biernych zawodowo), w tym m.in. 72 osób (min.80% grupy docelowej) znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (tj. należących minimum do jednej z następujących grup: osoby po 50rż, osoby niepełnosprawne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety). Celem projektu jest wzrost szans na ponowne zatrudnienie 90 uczestników projektu poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie outplacementowe obejmujące wszystkie formy pomocy zidentyfikowane jako niezbędne do poprawy sytuacji danej osoby na rynku pracy w okresie 01.11.2017-31.10.2019. Każdy uczestnik zrealizuje indywidualną ścieżkę wsparcia obejmującą zestaw form pomocy, które zostaną zidentyfikowane u niego jako niezbędne do poprawy sytuacji na rynku pracy w ramach jednej z trzech ścieżek zaplanowanych w projekcie: ścieżka Aktywizacja zawodowa – uzupełnienie kwalifikacji (ścieżka A1): szkolenia zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy; - ścieżka Aktywizacja zawodowa – przekwalifikowanie (ścieżka A2): szkolenia zawodowe, staże, pośrednictwo pracy; -ścieżka Biznes – samozatrudnienie (ścieżka B): wsparcie szkoleniowo-doradcze przygotowujące do rozpoczęcia działalności gospodarczej, jednorazowa dotacja, wsparcie pomostowe. Ponadto, każdy uczestnik zostanie obligatoryjnie objęty poradnictwem zawodowym oraz poradnictwem psychologicznym. W wyniku realizacji projektu : min. 90% UP tj. 81 osób (49K, 32M) uzyska kwalifikacje lub kompetencje zawodowe, min. 40% UP tj. 36 osób (23K, 13M) podejmie zatrudnienie po projekcie, 24 UP (14K, 10M) uruchomi własną działalność gospodarczą.
