MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: The acquisition, completion or upgrading of professional qualifications or competences by 300 (21K, 279M) of persons of active ageing, from areas with high unemployment rates in the Pomorskie region, as a unit of a metal structure, in the period 1.05.2017-31.05.2019. The target group of the project is 300 (21K, 279M) of those at the age of working age (18 years and more) of those who wish to acquire, supplement or increase professional qualifications from areas with high unemployment (education/working or living in an area with high unemployment rates in the Pomorskie region within the meaning of the Civil Code), with upper secondary education. At least 80 % of the target group of the project are those aged 25 and over (241os), of which 100 % are the low-skilled. 100 % of participants in the project are (total) persons aged 50 and over, and low-skilled (upper secondary and ISCED3), including 100 % of the participants in the project being the low-skilled (300os) and + persons aged 50 +. 8 % of project participants (24os). At least half of the project participants are employees of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and social economy/social economy entities (151os). Main results of support: 300K, 21K, 279M) that will complete the professional training courses giving or increasing qualifications and competences in the work of a fitter of metalwork-MKM -240 units to be completed by 2 training modules. * butt welding (MAG) * gas and plasma cuts -60 units to be completed by 3 training modules. * gas and plasma cutting * reduction of thermal structural steel structures * electrical grooves in Realised tasks: ZAD.1- ACQUISITION OF THE QUALIFICATION OF THE METAL STRUCTURE AD.2- UPGRADING OF THE METAL STRUCTURE FITTER (English)

Grupę docelową projektu stanowi 300 (21K,279M) osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej (18lat i więcej) zainteresowanych z własnej inicjatywy nabyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem kwalifikacji zawodowych, z obszarów o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia województwa pomorskiego (uczą się / pracują lub zamieszkują na obszarze o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia województwa pomorskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego), o wykształceniu maksymalnie ponadgimnazjalnym. Co najmniej 80% grupy docelowej projektu stanowią osoby w wieku 25 lat i więcej (241os.), z których 100% to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. 100% uczestników projektu stanowią (łącznie) osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej i osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych (maksymalne wykształcenie ponadgimnazjalne-ISCED3), w tym 100% uczestników projektu stanowią os o niskich kwalifikacjach (300os.) a os w wieku 50+ to ok. 8% uczestników projektu (24os.).
