| Property / summary: The object of the project is the manufacture of an innovative toothpaste and/or other dental preparation, through a specially constructed technology. A novelty is the appropriate selection of active ingredients and the use of synergies between the two components of paste, thereby increasing the effectiveness of its antisepsis. The use of the preparation is easy and user-friendly and the expected microbial reduction benefits outweigh any side effects. The production line will be composed, inter alia, of a universal mixer, a blender, task mixer for the preparation of the premixes, the intermediate tank, the transport and the pumps for the dense fluid, and must be configured in such a way that all the process objectives can be achieved in accordance with the technology. Innovation implemented through the project is innovation at European level. The project will lead to a competitive advantage resulting from the innovation used. (English) / rank | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest produkcja innowacyjnej pasty do zębów i/lub innych preparatów stomatologicznych, dzięki specjalnie skonstruowanej linii technologicznej. Nowością jest odpowiedni dobór składników aktywnych i wykorzystanie zjawiska synergii między dwoma składnikami pasty, dzięki czemu zwiększa się skuteczność jej działania antyseptycznego. Stosowanie preparatu jest łatwe i przyjazne dla użytkowników, a przewidywane korzyści redukcji drobnoustrojów przewyższają ewentualne efekty uboczne. Linia produkcyjna będzie składać się m. in. z mieszalnika uniwersalnego - homogenizatora, mieszalników zadaniowych do przygotowania przedmieszek, zbiornika pośredniego, transportowego i pompy do cieczy gęstych, i ma być skonfigurowana tak, by można było realizować wszystkie cele procesowe zgodnie z założeniami technologicznymi. Innowacja wdrażana w ramach projektu jest innowacją na poziomie europejskim. Projekt pozwoli na osiągnięcie przewagi konkurencyjnej wynikającej z zastosowanej innowacji. (Polish)
