Improvements to eco-efficiency will be achieved through reductions in production processes: The use of materials, the transportation of resources, the energy intensity, the implementation of the project involves the purchase of fixed assets, which will be comprehensively integrated into the production process: • the system of transport of the automatic type of AGV,• Trap works installed on current production machines. The project will lead, inter alia, to the following: • reduction of production waste,• optimisation of the transport routes operating the production process which will result in a reduction in the transport of consumption and energy intensity,• reduction of the harmful substances emitted into the environment,• greater production efficiency, with the same technical resources by optimising the presence of production cuts.     Realizacja projektu zakłada wprowadzenie do działalności przedsiębiorstwa Orplast rozwiązań ekoefektywnych, poprzez rozbudowę infrastruktury i unowocześnienie składników majątku trwałego. Poprawa ekoefektywnosci zostanie osiągnięta dzięki redukcji w procesach produkcyjnych: • materiałochłonności, • transportochłonności, • energochłonności, Realizacja projektu zakłada zakup środków trwałych, które będą kompleksowo zintegrowane z procesem produkcyjnym: • system transportu automatycznego typu AGV, • roboty trawersowe montowane na obecnych maszynach produkcyjnych. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie m.in.: • redukcja odpadów produkcyjnych, • optymalizacja tras transportu obsługującego proces produkcyjny, w wyniku których nastąpi redukcja transportochłonności i energochłonności, • zmniejszenie ilości emitowanych szkodliwych substancji do środowiska, • większa wydajność produkcji, przy pomocy tych samych zasobów technicznych poprzez optymalizację występowania przerw produkcyjnych.
