The subject of this project is the purchase of fixed assets in the form of: indenter and wire sawing machine. Retrofitting of the machine park will enable the Applicants to introduce their own new product to their offer, resulting from R & D work carried out. MAJ-PLAST has so far functioned on the market as a sub-supplier of injection moulds, etc. and finished plastic products for other entities. As a result of the project, it will be able to propose its own product – the system of mounting photovoltaic panels and solar collectors, consisting of two distances (washers) and bearings. Investment in the above machinery is necessary to create conditions for the production of injection moulds for RES mounting systems. The project falls within the scope of PSI No 3. Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup środków trwałych w postaci: elektrodrążarki wgłębnej oraz wycinarki drutowej. Doposażenie parku maszynowego stworzy Wnioskodawcy możliwość wprowadzenia do swojej oferty własnego, nowego produktu, będącego wynikiem przeprowadzonych prac B+R. MAJ-PLAST dotychczas funkcjonował na rynku jako poddostawca form wtryskowych itd. oraz gotowych produktów z tworzyw sztucznych dla innych podmiotów. W wyniku realizacji projektu będzie mógł zaproponować własny produkt – system mocowania paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz kolektorów słonecznych, złożony z dwóch dystansów (podkładek) oraz łożyska. Inwestycja w ww. maszyny jest konieczna do stworzenia warunków do produkcji form wtryskowych na potrzeby systemów mocowania elementów OZE. Przedmiotowy projekt wpisuje się w zakres ISP nr 3. W projekcie przewidziano udział podmiotu zaangażowanego - Centrum Transfer Technologii CITTRU Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. (Polish)
