The aim of this project is to implement innovative IT tools accelerating customer acquisition processes, gathering a database of potential employees, finding employees for specific orders, accounting of working time and other information about employees posted to work, quality control. This will be achieved through planned fixed assets (laptops) and intangible assets. The project will create an innovative system to improve the process of the provision of services by the Applicant, which will have the following modules: — registration and settlement of temporary workers – integration into the HR and wage system Applicants – quality control module – employee databases and employee portal – automation of application of candidates – intelligent CV scanning – intelligence – generating contracts for clients and commercial offers – filtering candidates – anonymisation of data (English)

Zostanie to osiągnięte dzięki zaplanowanym do zakupu w projekcie środkom trwałym (laptopy) oraz wartościom niematerialnym i prawnym. W ramach projektu stworzony zostanie innowacyjny system usprawniający proces świadczenia usług przez Wnioskodawcę, który będzie posiadał następujące moduły: - ewidencjonowania i rozliczania pracowników tymczasowych - integracja z systemu kadrowo-płacowym Wnioskodawcy - modułu kontroli jakości - baz danych pracowników i portalu pracownika - automatyzacji aplikowania kandydatów - inteligentnego skanowania CV - wywiadowczego - generowania umów dla klientów i ofert handlowych - filtrowania kandydatów - anonimizacji danych (Polish)
