Przedmiotem projektu jest kompleksowa termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej, którym jest budynek Szkoły Podstawowej nr 13 przy ul. Armii Krajowej 1 w Tarnowskich Górach. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja będzie polegała na: wymianie stolarki drzwiowej, naprawie elementów żelbetowych, remoncie kominów, ociepleniu stropodachów, dociepleniu zadaszeń wejść, montażu instalacji odgromowej, ociepleniu ścian cokołu i ścian powyżej cokołu, modernizacji instalacji c.o. oraz montażu energooszczędnego oświetlenia LED. Realizacja projektu ma na celu izolację termiczną pomieszczeń oraz poprawę warunków termicznych obiektu, a także podniesienie komfortu użytkowania budynku jak również zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię konieczną do jego ogrzewania.
