The project is located in Czeladzi and includes a deep thermal modernisation of the Municipal Żłobka building at ul. Th anniversary of the Polish People’s Republic of Poland 6. — Thermomodernisation of all external partitions of the building, including reconstruction of the terrace with warming (as a thermal bridge), – replacement of window and door carpentry, installation of vents and associated robots, – replacement of central heating installations, – replacement of lighting fittings for energy efficient. In addition, the adaptation work in the facility (ineligible costs) are: — conversion of the functional system of the facility and changing the use of the premises after MOPS into a new children’s ward – reconstruction of sanitary and electrical installations in rooms, – reconstruction of the atrium and land development. The project will reduce the energy balance of the facility (described by the final energy saving index) by 64.1 %, as well as reducing its pressure on the environment (reduction of secondary emissions).
