Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energetyczna segmentów I,H,E (hala basenowa z częścią technologiczną i zapleczem tech., szatnie oraz sala gimnastyczna) budynku użyteczności publicznej w zasobie Miasta, tj. Zespołu Szkół Sportowych w Siem. Śl. przy ul. Mikołaja 3, poprzez: 1. Wymianę stolarki okiennej 2. Ocieplenie ścian i dachu 3. Termomodernizację niecki basenu 4. Docieplenie stropu piwnicy 5. Wymianę instalacji co 6. Wymianę węzła cieplnego 7. Wymianę instalacji CWU 8. Wymianę instalacji technologii wody basenowej 9. Wymianę wentylacji Założono innowację procesową w zakresie kompilacji instalacji z OZE (finansowanej z innego poddziałania) z instalacją podgrzewu centralnej wody basenowej w celu osiągnięcia max. efektu ekologicznego.
