The purchase and installation of gas boilers, together with the necessary works of the heat generator. 2. The installation of internal central heating installation. 3. Installation of water and sewage systems. 4. Insulation of the building — insulation of the external walls of a thickness of 14 cm in thickness, around and on top floors and the replacement of window and door frames. The project will improve the thermal insulation of the building envelope and reduce the energy needed to heat it while removing the existing technological defects (thermal bridges, leaks).     Budynek oświatowo-komunalny objęty projektem znajduje się w Sierakowie Śląskim przy ul. Szkolnej 2. Właścicielem budynku jest Gmina Ciasna. Budynek podzielony jest na dwie części: część oświatową mieszczącą sale lekcyjne (gimnazjum) i część komunalną, w której znajduje się pięć lokali mieszkalnych. Zakres kompleksowej termomodernizacji przedmiotowego budynku obejmuje następujące główne zadania: 1. Zakup i montaż kotłów gazowych wraz z niezbędnymi robotami w obrębie źródła ciepła. 2. Wykonanie instalacji wewnętrznej centralnego ogrzewania. 3. Wykonanie instalacji wodno-kanalizacyjnej. 4. Docieplenie budynku - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych styropianem grubości 14 cm, cokołów i stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją oraz wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej. Realizacja projektu poprawi izolacyjność termiczną przegród zewnętrznych budynku i pozwoli zmniejszyć zużycie energii potrzebnej do jego ogrzania, jednocześnie eliminując istniejące wady technologiczne (mostki termiczne, nieszczelności).
