Projekt obejmuje montaż powietrznych pomp ciepła na budynkach użyteczności publicznej – Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny w Rzuchowie, Dom Kultury w Kobyli i Dom Kultury w Rzuchowie do celów ogrzewania.
