The main objective of the project is to acquire key ICT competences and key competences from foreign languages (German, English) by 564 people. (338K and 226M) adults living in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of active age (18 years and over), through participation in computer and language courses as well as external examination confirming the acquisition of ICT and language competences in the period VI‘17 to XII’19. (338K and 226M) who, on their own initiative, are interested in acquiring, supplementing or increasing computer and linguistic skills and competences (English, German), in particular low-skilled people (to ISCED3) and those aged 50 and over who show the greatest competence gap in ICT and foreign languages and SME sector workers residing in the Pomeranian Voivodship. The project will include ICT courses and language courses (English, German) along with examination and certification process for 564 people. (338K and 226M). Computer course in 80 hours. 120h language course (English and German). ICT training and courses, ending with a programme of formal evaluation and certification of external competences achieved by project participants in accordance with the standards set out in the Digital Competence Framework. Celem głównym projektu jest nabycie kompetencji kluczowych komputerowych z zakresu TIK oraz kompetencji kluczowych z języków obcych (j.niemiecki, j.angielski) przez 564 os. (338K i 226M) dorosłych w wieku aktywności zawodowej (18 lat i więcej), zamieszkałych w woj. pomorskim, poprzez udział w kursach komputerowych i językowych oraz egzaminie zewn. potwierdzającym zdobycie kompetencji TIK i językowych w okresie VI'17 do XII’19r. Projekt skierowany jest do 564 os. (338K i 226M), które z własnej inicjatywy są zainteresowane nabyciem, uzupełnieniem lub podwyższeniem umiejętności i kompetencji komputerowych i językowych (j.angielski, j.niemiecki), w szczególności osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED3) oraz osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, które wykazujące największą lukę kompetencyjną w zakresie TIK i języków obcych oraz pracowników sektora MMŚP, zamieszkałych na terenie woj. pomorskiego. W ramach projektu realizowane będą kursy komputerowe TIK oraz kursy językowe (j.angielski, j.niemiecki) wraz z procesem egzaminacyjnym i certyfikacji dla 564 os. (338K i 226M). Kurs komputerowy w wymiarze 80h. Kurs językowy w wymiarze 120h (j.angielski oraz j.niemiecki). Szkolenia i kursy w zakresie TIK, kończące się programem formalnej oceny i certyfikacji zewnętrznej kompetencji osiągniętych przez uczestników projektów, zgodnych ze standardami określonymi w ramie kompetencji informatycznych i informacyjnych (Digital Competence Framework). Szkolenia i kursy w zakresie języków obcych kończące się certyfikatem zewnętrznym, potwierdzającym zdobycie przez uczestników określonego poziomu biegłości językowej (zgodnie z Europejskim Systemem Opisu Kształcenia Językowego).
