The project is addressed to a group of 500 people aged 25 and over, employed in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and social economy entities/social enterprises from the Pomorskie voivodship. The aim of the project is to improve the situation of people of working age on the labour market by: — the acquisition or improvement of linguistic competence for at least 425 persons, including: in the field of English in the IT sector, 100 people (70 men, 30 women), in the tourism sector – 255 people (170 women, 85 men), in the field of German in tourism – 70 people (40 women, 30 men). Actions: • establishing the level of linguistic competence among individual project participants; • division into groups of 10-12 persons due to the level of competence and age; • conducting trainings in the field of English in the IT and tourism industry • conducting trainings in the field of German language in the tourism sector • conducting external examinations in English and German and obtaining at least 85 % of participants/issues of certificates confirming the acquired competence, in accordance with the European Language Training System. The most important result of the project will be to acquire or increase language competences in English or German for at least 425 people between June 2017 and 30 March 2020, which will adequately improve their labour market situation. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 500 osób w wieku 25. lat i więcej, zatrudnionych w mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstwach oraz w podmiotach ekonomii społecznej/przedsiębiorstwach społecznych z województwa pomorskiego. Celem projektu jest poprawa sytuacji osób w wieku aktywności zawodowej na rynku pracy poprzez: - nabycie lub podniesienie kompetencji językowych u co najmniej 425. osób, w tym: w zakresie języka angielskiego w branży IT – 100 osób (70 mężczyzn, 30 kobiet), w branży turystycznej – 255 osób(170 kobiet, 85 mężczyzn), w zakresie języka niemieckiego w turystyce – 70 osób (40 kobiet, 30 mężczyzn). Działania: • ustalenie poziomu kompetencji językowej u poszczególnych uczestników projektu; • podział na grupy 10-12 osobowe ze wzg. na poziom kompetencji i wiek; • przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu języka angielskiego w branży IT i branży turystycznej • przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu języka niemieckiego w branży turystycznej • przeprowadzenie egzaminów zewnętrznych z języka angielskiego i niemieckiego oraz uzyskanie przez co najmniej 85% uczestników/czek certyfikatów potwierdzających nabyte kompetencje, zgodnych z Europejskim Systemem Kształcenia Językowego. Najważniejszym efektem projektu będzie uzyskanie lub zwiększenie kompetencji językowych z języka angielskiego lub niemieckiego u co najmniej 425 osób w okresie od czerwca 2017 do 30 marca 2020 r. , co adekwatnie poprawi ich sytuacje na rynku pracy.
