The project is addressed to a group of 504 women and 336 men living in the districts of Bytowski, Chojnicki, Człuchowski, Kościerski, Kwidzynski, Kwidzynski, Łęborski, Novodworski, Słodź, Starygarde, Szumski and Tczew districts, characterised by low levels of urbanisation. The aim of the project is to increase by September 2018 the competence of project participants in the field of English to improve their situation on the labour market. Specific objectives of the project: — raising the linguistic competence of 714 SME employees; — raising the linguistic competence of 400 low-skilled people; — raising the linguistic competence of 172 people aged 50 and over. Actions: — recruitment of participants; — the implementation of language courses raising by 1 level in the standard of the European Framework for the Description of Language Training the competence of participants in the field of English, issuing certificates by the applicant on completion of the 60-hour course module/certificates confirming the passing of the exam; — Organisation of external examinations and certification of project participants. The most important effect the project is going to give to its participants is to raise their knowledge of English and confirm their level of knowledge of the language with an external certificate. Projekt skierowany do grupy 504 kobiet i 336 mężczyzn w wieku aktywności zawodowej zamieszkałych na terenie powiatów bytowskiego, chojnickiego, człuchowskiego, kościerskiego, kwidzyńskiego, lęborskiego, nowodworskiego, słupskiego, starogardzkiego, sztumskiego i tczewskiego charakteryzujących się niskim stopniem urbanizacji. Celem projektu jest podniesienie do września 2018 roku kompetencji uczestników projektu w zakresie języka angielskiego wpływające na poprawę ich sytuacji na rynku pracy. Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: - podniesienie kompetencji językowych 714 pracowników MŚP; - podniesienie kompetencji językowych 400 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach; - podniesienie kompetencji językowych 172 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej. Działania: - rekrutacja uczestników; - realizacja kursów językowych podnoszących o 1 poziom w standardzie Europejskiego Systemu Opisu Kształcenia Językowego kompetencje uczestników w zakresie języka angielskiego, wystawienie uczestnikom przez wnioskodawcę zaświadczeń o ukończeniu 60-godzinnego modułu kursu/certyfikatów potwierdzających zdanie egzaminu; - Organizacja egzaminów zewnętrznych i certyfikacja uczestników projektu. Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jego uczestnikom, jest podniesienie ich znajomości języka angielskiego i potwierdzenie uzyskanego poziomu znajomości języka certyfikatem zewnętrznym.
