| Property / summary: In the context of the modernisation of the software and equipment, the electronic interest service will be upgraded, with access to the e-Taxation system, the Electronic Taxation Document Management (EZD) integrated with the legislature (full integration into ePUAP), the adaptation of the EZD to the rail of integration with Modular Tax, Finance, Personnel and Wages and will be upgraded in the Secure Archive (without digitisation). The following modules will be implemented: inclusive, E-Council, e-Registers, e-taxation, e-waste, E-Woda, which will be in charge of the eServices implemented. Within the framework of the project, the municipality will set up and launch ePUAP forms with the mapping of fields in fields, software for spatial planning. The project will purchase equipment: table compatible with servers. In order to upgrade the system, servers will be upgraded and purchased, inter alia: matrix, 15 computer sets (for workers), 20 laptop computers (radays), multifunction devices. (English) / rank | |||

W ramach modernizacji oprogramowania i sprzętu zostanie zmodernizowane Elektroniczne Biuro Obsługi Interesanta z dostępem do systemu e-Podatki, Elektroniczne Zarządzanie Dokumentacją (EZD) zintegrowany z Legislatorem (pełna integracja z ePUAP), dostosowanie EZD do szyny integracji z Modułem Podatkowym, Finansowym, Kadr i Płac oraz zostanie zmodernizowane Bezpieczne Archiwum Elektroniczne (bez digitalizacji). Wdrożone zostaną moduły: integracyjny, E-Rada, E-Rejestry, E-podatki, E-Odpady, E-Woda, które będą odpowiadały za wdrożone e-usługi. W ramach projektu Gmina stworzy i uruchomi formularze ePUAP z mapowaniem pól w systemach dziedzinowych, oprogramowanie do planowania przestrzennego. W ramach projektu zostanie zakupiony sprzęt: macierz kompatybilną z serwerami. Do potrzeb tworzonego systemu zmodernizowane zostaną serwery oraz zakupione zostaną m.in.: macierz, 15 zestawów komputerowych (dla pracowników), 20 laptopów (radni), urządzenia wielofunkcyjne.
