Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja przez RADPOL S.A. badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych,w tym utworzenie linii demonstracyjnej, walidacja i uruchomienie pierwszej produkcji innowacyjnego i kompletnego systemu izolacji rur preizolowanych z barierą antydyfuzyjną. W drodze przeprowadzenia badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych utworzony zostanie komplementarny system izolacji preizolowanych rur ciepłowniczych i gazowych z wykorzystaniem płaszcza osłonowego z barierą antydyfuzyjną dla rożnych wariantów geometrycznych, na całej długości rury uwzględniając złącza, kolana i zawory.
