Projekt skierowany jest do 8 osób bezrobotnych lub osób biernych zawodowo pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 oraz osób pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 zamieszkujących teren gminy wiejskiej Puck. Celem projektu jest zapewnienie opieki dla dzieci w wieku do 3 lat, aby umożliwić podjęcie zatrudnienia dla ich opiekunów prawnych. Cele szczegółowe: powrót na rynek pracy osób opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3, umożliwienie poszukiwania zatrudnienia osobom bezrobotnym lub nieaktywnym zawodowo poprzez utworzenie trwałych miejsc opieki dla dzieci do lat 3. Działania: modernizacja istniejącej bazy żłobkowej - przygotowanie sali dydaktycznej dla nowo przyjętych dzieci, prowadzenie zajęć opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i edukacyjnych, uwzględniających rozwój psychomotoryczny dziecka, właściwych do wieku dziecka oraz zapewnienie bieżącej opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3. Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jest znalezienie zatrudnienia przez 8 osób i powrót na rynek pracy przez co najmniej 1 osobę po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem i wychowaniem dziecka.
