Projekt obejmuje wsparciem ogół. 54 osoby (52K,2M w tym 3 K z niepełnosprawnościami) z terenu Gminy Krokowa będące osobami:-bezrobotnymi lub biernymi zawodowo pozostającymi poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, w tym osobami, które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebywają na urlopach wychowawczych,-pracującymi, sprawującymi opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3. Celem proj. jest zwiększone zatrudnienie wśród ww. grupy osób. Celami szczeg. są:-stworzenie rozwiązań ułatwiających ich powrót na rynek pracy oraz zwiększających szanse utrzymania pracy poprzez utworzenie dla ich dz. 36 nowych miejsc w nowym samorząd. żłobku w Krokowej, - powrót na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dz. lub utrzymanie zatrudnienie przez 33 os. (32K,1M) pracujące i sprawujące opiekę nad dz. do lat 3,-znalezienie zatrudnienia albo jego poszukiwanie po zakończeniu proj. przez 21 os. (20K,1M) osób bezrob. lub biernych zawod. pozostających poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obowiązek opieki nad dz. do lat 3. Osiągnięcie celów nastąpi poprzez nast. działania:-Adaptację pomieszczeń w budynku w Krokowej na potrzeby żłobka (finans. częściowo z Programu Maluch), zakup i montaż wyposażenia żłobka,-utworzenie i funkcjonowanie przez 14 miesięcy w ramach proj. 36 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w nowym żłobku samorząd. w Krokowej z których w okresie realizacji proj. skorzysta 54 dz. (28 dziew.,26 chł.) 54 opiekunów (52K,2M),- przeprowadzenie diagnozy dz. korzystających z utworzonych miejsc w kierunku wykrycia ewentualnych deficytów. Najważniejszym efektem proj., możliwym dzięki utworzeniu nowych 36 miejsc opieki nad dz. do lat 3 w Gm Krokowa będzie powrót na rynek pracy bądź utrzymanie zatrudnienia wśród 54 (52K,2M w tym 3 K z niepełnosprawnościami) benef. Efekty proj. będą trwałe, gdyż utworzone miejsca będą działać przez okres ponad 2 lat po zakończeniu proj., władze gminy zakładają wieloletnie ich funkcjonowanie. (Polish)

The project includes support in general. 54 persons (52K,2M including 3 K with disabilities) from the area of Krokowa commune who are: unemployed or inactive persons who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for children under the age of 3, including those who have interrupted their professional career due to the birth of a child or who are on parental leave, working, caring for children under the age of 3. The aim of the project is to increase employment among these groups. The objectives in particular are to:-create solutions to facilitate their return to the labour market and increase the chances of retaining their jobs by creating them. 36 new places in the new self-government. nursery in Krokowa, – return to the labour market after a break related to birth/education, or maintain employment by 33 people. (32K,1M) working and caring for 3 years, finding employment or searching for it after the project has been completed by 21 persons. (20K,1M) persons who are unemployed or passive professions who remain outside the labour market due to the obligation to care for up to 3 years. The objectives will be achieved through the following action:-Adapting the premises in the building in Krokowa for the needs of the nursery (financial partly from the Maluch Programme), purchase and assembly of crèche equipment,-creation and operation for 14 months under the project. 36 places of care for up to 3 years in the new nursery local government. in Krokowa, which will benefit from 54 dz during the project period. (28 girls, 26 bob.) 54 carers (52K,2M) – diagnosing people using created sites to detect possible deficits. The most important result of the project, thanks to the creation of new 36 care facilities for up to 3 years in Gm Krokowa will be the return to the labour market or maintenance of employment among 54 (52K,2M including 3 K with disabilities) benef. The project effects will be permanent, as the created sites will operate for more than 2 years after the project has ended, the municipal authorities assume their long-term operation. (English)
