The aim of the project is to increase the availability of family support services and foster care for 50 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of Tarnobrzeg Podkarpackie, by providing or enhancing the competences of carers (parents or foster parents) in the field of educational, social and digital competences, covering them with specialist support in accordance with individual needs, and reversing or mitigating the negative effects of difficult life situations of their subjects (biological children or children). The project will result in improving the functioning of project participants in the local community, strengthening correct family and social ties, acquiring important competences in the contemporary world. At least 50 people living in Tarnobrzeg in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship will be supported. Participants of the project will commit to working actively to solve the problems they face. The planned forms of support are: working with family, specialist counseling psychologist, training of educational competences for carers, training key competences for pupils, training of digital competences, organisation of self-help groups, integrative and therapeutic camp. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności usług wspierania rodziny i pieczy zastępczej dla 50 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu gm. Tarnobrzeg woj. podkarpackie poprzez dostarczenie lub podniesienie kompetencji opiekunów (rodziców lub rodziców zastępczych) z zakresu kompetencji wychowawczych, społecznych i cyfrowych, objęcie ich wsparciem specjalistycznym zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami oraz zniwelowanie lub złagodzenie negatywnych skutków trudnych sytuacji życiowych podopiecznych (dzieci biologicznych lub dzieci umieszczonych w pieczy zastępczej) przez wyposażenie lub uzupełnienie ich wiedzy i umiejętności z zakresu kompetencji społecznych, kompetencji kluczowych, kompetencji cyfrowych, objęcie specjalistycznym wsparciem zgodnie z indywidualnymi potrzebami a także zorganizowanie grup samopomocowych, w których uczestnicy projektu będą mogli m.in. wymieniać się doświadczeniami. Efektem działań w projekcie ma być poprawa funkcjonowania uczestników projektu w społeczności lokalnej, umacnianie poprawnych więzi rodzinnych i społecznych, nabycie istotnych we współczesnym świecie kompetencji. Wsparciem objętych zostanie co najmniej 50 osób zamieszkujących gm. Tarnobrzeg w woj. podkarpackim. Uczestnicy projektu zobowiążą się do aktywnej pracy nad rozwiązaniem problemów, z którymi się borykają. Planowane formy wsparcia to: praca z rodziną, poradnictwo specjalistyczne psychologa, szkolenia kompetencji wychowawczych dla opiekunów, szkolenia kompetencji kluczowych dla podopiecznych, szkolenia kompetencji cyfrowych, zorganizowanie grup samopomocowych, obóz integracyjno-terapeutyczny.
