The project is addressed directly to persons and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of Dzikowiec commune, including those supported in the project: 20 families 15 adult family members, including 13K, 2M 28 children, including 12 dz and 16 ch All the above-mentioned persons/families benefit from social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on Social Welfare (Journal of Laws of 12 March 2004 on Social Assistance).     Cel i rezultaty proj.: Zwiększenie dostępności kompleksowych usług wsparcia rodziny dla członków 20 rodzin (15 rodziców-13K, 2M i 28 dzieci-12K, 16M) z terenu gminy Dzikowiec poprzez pracę z rodziną oraz utworzenie dwóch Placówek Wsparcia Dziennego (PWD) w Mechowcu i w Spiach. Proj. skierowany jest bezpośrednio do osób i rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Dzikowiec, w tym objętych wsparciem w proj jest: 20 rodzin 15 dorosłych członków rodzin, w tym 13K, 2M 28 dzieci, w tym 12 dz i 16 ch Wszystkie ww. osoby/rodziny korzystają ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej (Dz. U. z 2015 r. poz. 163 z późn. zm.) lub kwalifikują się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniają, co najmniej 1 z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ustawy z dnia 12.03.2004 r. o pomocy społ.
