Objective of the project:"Increasing accessibility to social services in particular environmental services in PWD Rainbow and its subsidiaries for 75 participants (30 Dz.45CH) and their families of people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in the period 1.04.2018 to 28.02.2019. “the recipients of the project are 75 pupils of PWD "The Rainbow" and its subsidiaries together with their parents/carers (111 os 70K,41M). The main results of the project are to increase the ability to organise and spend free time by the pupils of both PWD and spend it together with parents/carers. Support will be extended to support the functioning of pupils with disabilities through the implementation of Biofeedback therapy, speech therapy and dog therapy. All participants will be covered by the following activities: workshops on robotics and programming, motor classes (zumba, football team), art workshops, holiday trip, family picnic. (English)

    Cel projektu:„Zwiększanie dostępności do usług społecznych w szczególności usług środowiskowych w PWD „Tęcza” i jej filii dla 75 uczestników projektu (30 Dz,45CH) i ich rodzin osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w okresie od 1.04.2018r. do 28.02.2019r. ” Odbiorcami projektu jest 75 wychowanków PWD „Tęcza” i jej filii wraz z ich rodzicami /opiekunami (111 os 70K,41M). Głównymi rezultatami realizowanego projektu jest zwiększenie umiejętności organizowania i spędzania czasu wolnego przez wychowanków obu PWD i wspólnego spędzania go z rodzicami / opiekunami. Wsparcie zostanie poszerzone o działania wspierające funkcjonowanie wychowanków z niepełnosprawnościami poprzez realizację terapii Biofeedback , logopedyczną i dogoterapię. Wszyscy uczestnicy będą objęci nast. działaniami: warsztaty z robotyki i programowania, zajęcia ruchowe (zumba, drużyna piłkarska), warsztaty plastyczne, wyjazd wakacyjny, rodzinny piknik. (Polish)
