The aim of the project is to develop an efficient technology for the processing of biomass raw materials and to develop a prototype of a technological line for the production of high-quality biomass fuel intended for the production of biogas. Thanks to our technology, we will be able to offer innovative high-quality biomass fuel. We will enable customers of biomass fuel to increase the range of substrates used by waste substrates and to increase the efficiency of biogas production on existing infrastructures. The project is planned to be carried out in 3 tasks – task 1 and 2 is industrial research, and task 3 qualifies for development work. The objectives of the research work and their expected results: — the objective of task 1 is to select substrates of different origins (animal origin, contaminated waste, fragmented raw materials and lignocellulose raw materials). For these groups of substrates, we will carry out research on basic physicochemical and microbiological properties, which will allow for the development of technological assumptions of the mechanical and thermal treatment process; — the aim of the task 2 is to integrate the components of the mechanical and thermal machining section, and then to carry out research into refinement of process parameters, increase their efficiency due to different types of biomass. The task will result in prototype subassemblies of both processes in close to real conditions; — the objective of task 3 is to integrate all the results obtained from task 1 and 2 and to complete the final prototype of the plant for the conversion of substrates into biomass fuel. The result will be the technology developed and tested in operational conditions, which is the subject of the project. We intend to implement this technology into our own business to start producing innovative fuel. We will use fuel for our own needs and sell to biogas plants. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Celem projektu jest opracowanie efektywnej technologii obróbki surowców biomasowych oraz opracowanie prototypu linii technologicznej na potrzeby wytwarzania wysokiej jakości paliwa biomasowego, przeznaczonego do produkcji biogazu. Dzięki naszej technologii będziemy mogli zaoferować innowacyjne paliwo biomasowe wysokiej jakości. Odbiorcom paliwa biomasowego umożliwimy zwiększenie zakresu stosowanych substratów o substraty odpadowe oraz zwiększenie wydajności produkcji biogazu na istniejącej infrastrukturze. Projekt planujemy zrealizować w 3 zadaniach - zadanie 1 i 2 to badania przemysłowe, a zadanie 3 kwalifikuje się do prac rozwojowych. Cele prac badawczych i ich spodziewane rezultaty: - celem zadania 1 jest wytypowanie substratów różnego pochodzenia (pochodzenia zwierzęcego, odpadów zanieczyszczonych, surowców rozdrobnionych oraz surowców lignocelulozowych). Dla tych grup substratów przeprowadzimy badania podstawowych właściwości fizykochemicznych i mikrobiologiczne, co pozwoli na opracowanie założeń technologicznych procesu obróbki mechanicznej i termicznej; - celem zadania 2 jest integracja komponentów technologii sekcji obróbki mechanicznej i termicznej, a następnie przeprowadzenie badań w zakresie dopracowania parametrów procesów, zwiększenia ich wydajności ze względu na różne rodzaje biomasy. Rezultatem zadania będą prototypowe podzespoły obu procesów w warunkach zbliżonych do rzeczywistych; - celem zadania 3 jest integracja wszystkich uzyskanych wyników z zadania 1 i 2 oraz wykonanie ostatecznego prototypu instalacji przetwarzania substratów na paliwo biomasowe. Rezultatem będzie opracowana i przetestowana w warunkach operacyjnych technologia, będąca przedmiotem projektu. Opracowaną technologię zamierzamy wdrożyć do własnej działalności gospodarczej, celem rozpoczęcia produkcji innowacyjnego paliwa. Paliwo będziemy wykorzystywać na potrzeby własne i sprzedawać biogazowniom. (Polish)
