GŁÓWNYM CELEM PROJ. jest zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia i aktywnego udziału w życiu społ.-zawod. GRUPY DOCELOWEJ, którą stanowi 120(63K/57M) os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. tj. os. z niepełnosprawnością(100%UP) – wyłącznie os. o znacznym lub umiarkowanym st. niepełnosprawności i/lub os. z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi, z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną lub os. z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w tym os. doświadczających wykluczenia wielokrotnego (dodatkowo z tyt. ubóstwa i/lub bezrobocia bądź innych przesłanek), zamieszkujących tereny gmin z obszaru powiatów jasielskiego, strzyżowskiego, brzozowskiego i kolbuszowskiego w woj.podkarpackim.
