Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.06.2017 r. – 31.01.2019r. Celem głównym projektu jest aktywna integracja 30 osób bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (18K i 12M) zamieszkujących gminę wiejską Jasło poprzez poprawę ich zdolności do zatrudnienia w wyniku zastosowania dostępnych narzędzi i doprowadzenie do aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej 60% uczestników/czek projektu, w tym do zatrudnienia 22% uczestników/czek projektu do 31.01.2019 r. P. wpisuje się w realizację celu szczegółowego RPO WP. Poprzez objęcie wsparciem 30 osób (18K i 12M) bezrobotnych nie zarejestrowanych w Urzędzie Pracy zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - korzystających ze świadczeń z pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 12 marca 2004r. o pomocy społecznej (Dz. U. z 2015r. poz. 163 z późń. zm.) i ich rodzin. Główne zadania w projekcie: 1 Określenie ścieżki reintegracji, 2 Realizacja ścieżki integracji, 3 Wsparcie społeczne rodzin, 4 Usługi aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym. Główne wskaźniki jakie zostaną osiągnięte w wyniku realizacji projektu to: 31% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; 56% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu 22% osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek). The project will be implemented between 01.06.2017 and 31.01.2019. The main objective of the project is to actively integrate 30 unemployed persons not registered at the Labour Office at risk of poverty or social exclusion (18K and 12M) living in the rural municipality of Jasło by improving their employability as a result of the use of available tools and bringing about socio-employment activation of 60 % of participants/workouts of the project, including 22 % of participants/workers by 31.01.2019. By supporting 30 (18K and 12M) unemployed persons not registered at the Labour Office at risk of poverty or social exclusion – benefiting from social assistance benefits in accordance with the Social Assistance Act of 12 March 2004 (Dz. U. of 2015, pos. 163 years later) and their families. Main tasks in the project: 1 Determination of the path of reintegration, 2 Implementation of the integration path, 3 Family social support, 4 Active inclusion services of a professional nature. The main indicators to be achieved as a result of the project are: 31 % of those at risk of poverty or social exclusion who will be qualified after leaving the programme; 56 % of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, looking for jobs after leaving the programme, 22 % of those at risk of poverty or social exclusion, who work after leaving the programme (including self-employed).
