The project aims to increase the educational opportunities of children covered by care and preschool education in kindergartens in Frączków and Prusinowice – in the municipality of Pakosławice – by extending the offer of institutions to include additional educational activities developing key competences and universal skills necessary on the labour market and classes that mitigate deficits of psychomotor development. The improvement of the quality of preschool education in the Pakosławice Commune will also result from the professional improvement of pre-school education teachers employed in institutions in the commune. The new competences will be linked to the use of methods and forms of organisation that foster the development and development of key competences in children of preschool age and universal skills needed in the labour market and forms of work with pre-school children, in terms of equalising identified deficits, including special educational needs. Kindergartens will be equipped with new teaching aids and equipment tailored to the needs of preschool children. In total, 100 children of pre-school age (41K, 59M) will be supported in the period 19.05.2019-30.04.2021, of which 18 people from the disadvantaged group and 7 preschool teachers will be supported. The project is based on the diagnosis made with full accessibility for people with disabilities. (English)

    Projekt zakłada podniesienie szans edukacyjnych dzieci objętych opieką i edukacją przedszkolną w przedszkolach we Frączkowie i Prusinowicach - na terenie Gminy Pakosławice - poprzez rozszerzenie oferty placówek o dodatkowe zajęcia edukacyjne rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe i umiejętności uniwersalne niezbędne na rynku pracy oraz o zajęcia łagodzące deficyty rozwoju psychoruchowego. Podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Pakosławice wynikać będzie również z objęcia doskonaleniem zawodowym nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego zatrudnionych w placówkach na terenie gminy. Nowe kompetencje związane będą ze stosowaniem metod i form organizacyjnych sprzyjających kształtowaniu i rozwijaniu u dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym kompetencji kluczowych oraz umiejętności uniwersalnych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz form pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszkolnym, w zakresie wyrównywania stwierdzonych deficytów, w tym specjalnych potrzeb edukacyjnych. Przedszkola będą doposażone w nowe pomoce dydaktyczne i sprzęty dostosowane do potrzeb dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Łącznie w okresie 19.05.2019-30.04.2021 wsparciem zostanie objętych 100 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym (41K, 59M), z czego 18 osób z grupy defaworyzowanej, oraz 7 nauczycielek wychowania przedszkolnego. Projekt realizowany w oparciu o przeprowadzoną diagnozę z zachowaniem pełnej dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. (Polish)
