The project responds to the needs of the 45 PLO outside the AO to increase access to quality pre-school education, as a result of the problem of weak matching of education and training programmes to the needs of the labour market. 3770 children from the PLO outside the AO will receive support in respect of the allowance. Each of the developed competences in the area of attitudes towards innovation., creative and working., which is transferable, ICT will be developed in parallel to communication in English and in 10 the PLO in the same way as a result of the implementation of the common bilingualism programme. The project concept is based on the experience of the RZEuP to contribute to the achievement of the programme’s common understanding of bilingualism in the Opolskie region and to develop pedagogical innovation and its pilot implementation in selected PLO patients with bilingualism, where it is understood broadly, as an opportunity to create conditions for children to be ingrained in a language learning mechanism (on the subst. “Building a bilingual environment in the kindergarten”, K.Dabiek, Opopole2017) by as much as possible contact with it in a variety of educators. In reality, the child will be given the opportunity to make use of, and/or to do so, in a common sense, in the different situations to which he/she meets in pre-school classes, and not only during a specific language., (which is a characteristic of bilingualism understood in the traditional way), while developing the identity of the keys needed in the labour market. The applicant carried out a social consultation, including meetings with the lead bodies, in order to present the concept of the project and approved it. The provision of support to 3770 children, including from the countryside and from the SPE, 200 n-ed forms of excellence in the area of speciality. and a key. for providing equipment and aids to meet bilingualism, the provision of equipment and aids will affect the higher quality of education in the PLO outside the AO.     Projekt odpowiada na potrzeby 45 OWP spoza AO, dot. zwiększenia dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej, wynikające z problemu słabego dopasowania programów kształc. i wychow. do potrzeb rynku pracy. 3770 dzieci z OWP spoza AO otrzyma wsparcie w zakresie dodatk. zajęć podnosz. kompet. klucz. potrzebne na rynku pracy, a 200 n-li weźmie udział w formach doskonalenia z pedagogiki specj. jak i komp. klucz. Każda rozwijana kompet. w obszarze postaw innowac., kreatyw. i pracy zesp., matem.-przyr., TIK będzie równolegle kształcona z kompet. porozumiewania się w j. angielskim a w 10 OWP dodatkowo w j.niem. w wyniku realizacji programu powszechnej dwujęzyczności. Koncepcja projektu oparta jest na doświadczeniach RZPWE w zakresie współtworzenia założeń programu powszechnej dwujęzyczności w woj. opolskim i opracowania innowacji pedagogicznej i pilotażowej jej realizacji w wybranych OWP z woj. opolskiego, w której dwujęzyczność rozumiana jest szeroko, jako możliwość stwarzania warunków do wrastania dzieci w mechanizm przyswajania języka (na podst.„Budowanie środowiska dwujęzycznego..w przedszkolu”,K.Dąbek, Opole2017) poprzez możliwie najintensywniejszy kontakt z nim w różnorodnych sytuacjach eduk.-wychow. Podczas realiz.proj. dziecko będzie miało możliwość stosowania j. ang. i/lub niem. w sposób powszechny-podczas różnych sytuacji z jakimi spotyka się w przedszkolu, a nie tylko podczas wyodrębnionych zajęć język.,(co jest cechą dwujęzyczności rozumianej w sposób tradycyjny), przy jednoczesnym rozwijaniu komp.klucz. potrzebnych na rynku pracy. Wnioskodawca przeprowadził konsultacje społ. m.in. spotkania z organami prowadz., n-lami w celu przedstawienia koncepcji projektu i otrzymał ich akceptację. Objęcie wsparciem 3770 dzieci, w tym z terenów wiejskich i ze SPE, 200 n-li formami doskonal. z obszaru pedag. specj.i komp. klucz., doposażenie w sprzęt i pomoce potrzebne do realiz. proj. eduk. w kontekście dwujęzyczności,wpłynie na wyższą jakość edukacji w OWP spoza AO.
