The ESA and its partners will cover the project. 38 primary schools from Opolskie voivodship (in the area of the Opole Agglomeration), whose results of external examinations are according to the case. No. 8 of the competition documentation – (at least 50 % of them score below the AO average). The project involves support in the period 08.2016-10,2018-38 of primary schools providing general education – 2000 pupils attending these schools in the AO and not less than 131 general education teachers in this area. Actions in the project lead to an increase in the skills and skills of pupils in areas identified as weaker. Each school has been diagnosed with identifying areas that require special support for pupils. On the basis of these, the main problems identified are: — insufficient level of key competences and appropriate skills and attitudes needed in the labour market; — lack of appropriate conditions for teaching based on the experimental method; — insufficient ICT skills; — insufficient support for pupils with special educational needs. Diagnosis has also shown as a problem a lack of teachers’ competence in complementarity with the pupil scheme, as well as insufficient cooperation and self-training of teachers. The planned support for teachers includes courses raising competences in the field of neuroscience, ICT, pedagogical qualifications, in the field of special pedagogy. In addition, the actions undertaken will include building and maintaining networks of cooperation and self-training teachers. The whole range of support and all project activities result from the diagnosis of the situation of schools, respond to their specific needs and are based on the results of external exams. IT’S OKAY. – OKAY. All diagnoses were approved by the school’s authorities. The support programme will support areas requiring additional time and financial resources. (English)

    RZPWE wraz z partnerami obejmą proj. 38 szkół podstawowych z terenu woj. opolskiego (na obszarze Aglomeracji Opolskiej), których wyniki egzaminów zewnętrznych są zgodnie z zał. Nr 8 dokumentacji konkursowej - (co najmniej 50% z nich osiąga wyniki poniżej średniej dla AO). Projekt zakłada wsparcie w okresie 08.2016-10.2018 – 38 szkół podstawowych prowadzących kształcenie ogólne - 2000 uczniów uczęszczających do tych szkół na terenie AO oraz nie mniej niż 131 nauczycieli kształcenia ogólnego z tego obszaru. Działania w proj. prowadzą do wzrostu kompetencji i umiejętności uczniów w obszarach zidentyfikowanych jako słabsze. W każdej szkole przeprowadzono diagnozy, które wskazują obszary wymagające szczególnego wsparcia dla uczniów. Na ich podstawie określono najważniejsze problemy: - niedostateczny poziom kompetencji kluczowych oraz właściwych umiejętności i postaw niezbędnych na rynku pracy; - brak odpowiednich warunków dla nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu; - niedostateczny poziom umiejętności korzystania z TIK; - niedostateczny poziom wsparcia uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Diagnozy wykazały także jako problem niedostateczny poziom kompetencji nauczycieli w zakresie komplementarnym do działań w schemacie uczniowskim, a także zbyt niski poziom współpracy i samokształcenia nauczycieli. Zaplanowane wsparcie dla nauczycieli obejmuje kursy podnoszące kompetencje z zakresu m.in. neuronauk, TIK, kwalifikacji pedagogicznych, w obszarze pedagogiki specjalnej. Dodatkowo podjęte działania obejmą budowanie i utrzymanie sieci współpracy i samokształcenia nauczycieli. Cały zakres wsparcia i wszystkie działania projektowe wynikają z diagnoz sytuacji szkół, odpowiadają na ich specyficzne potrzeby i oparte zostały o wyniki egzaminów zewn. OKE. Wszystkie diagnozy zostały zatwierdzone przez organy prowadzące szkoły. Program wsparcia wspierał będzie dziedziny wymagające dodatkowych nakładów czasowych i finansowych. (Polish)
