The aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed in the Malbork County. Support will be granted to 445 persons (265K,180M) of unemployed persons registered with PUPs in M-ku qualified for the I or II aid profile, excluding persons before the age of 30, belonging to at least one of the n/in groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. Project participants/participants will be provided with personalised support covering all forms (including the aid profile) based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and occupational problems (development/update of IPD) necessary to improve their labour market situation and consequently employment. Any person will be able to benefit from both services and labour market instruments: the allocation of one-off funds for economic activity and individual training for the workplace will be preceded by professional guidance, and traineeships and employment in the framework of intervention work or equipment and retrofitting of the workplace-by means of work. As a result of the project, 340 people. (158K,182M) will find employment, including 70 people. (43K,27M) in self-employment and 8 people will be qualified. The project is compatible with Community and national law, including the PHP Act, the Employment Promotion Act (...), on State aid. By improving the quality of human capital and supporting entrepreneurship, including supporting local actors in creating new jobs, the project is part of the Malbork Economic Change Management Strategy 2012-2019 and the Malbork Development Strategy 2014-2020. In addition, by targeting EU support towards areas with a high unemployment rate of 16.1 % (GUS 30.11.16) at risk of exclusion and poverty, it contributes to the implementation of sustainable development policies. (43K,27M) w ramach samozatrudnienia, a 8 osób uzyska kwalifikacje.
