Project addressed to group 407 (257K,150M) of unemployed persons registered in the PUP from the district of Łęborskie. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of activities for the activation of persons unemployed. registered in PUP L-ku. The activation of 407 people of unemployment will enable them to take an active role in the labour market, remove barriers in the form of lack of, outdated or inadequate eligibility to the needs of the C.E., lack of experience or lack of financial resources for the creation of their own company. The most important effect that the project is intended to give to its participants is to take up and maintain employment by at least 3 m. Specific objectives of the project: — Professional activation of at least: 33 % of people aged 50 years and over; 39 % of women; 30 % of the long-term unemployed; 38 % of low-skilled people, 33 % with disabilities. Professional activation is understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, of the former unemployed; — Increasing the employability of project participants; Planned forms of support: — in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of the creation/modification of IPD; — refunds of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the job for the targeted unemployed – 59 persons/25K,34M/; — one-off measures for taking up economic activities (grants)-89 persons/37K,52M/; — traineeships – 157 people/139K, 18M/; — training – 102 persons/56K, 46M/. The project complies with relevant Community policies and principles (including policies of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, inter alia the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, the PHP Act, ROP WP 2014-2020 and the SCOOP ROP of the HR 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, other policies and Community rules.
