    Projekt skierowany jest do 248 os. bezrobot.(92K i 156M)zarejestrowanych w PUP Bytów dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia) z powiatu bytowskiego.Uczestnicy/czki zostaną objęci w projekcie IPD, pośrednictwem pracy lub doradztwem zawodowym. Stażami zostanie objętych 10 osób (8K i 2M).Zatrud.subsydiowane, w ramach którego 57 os.(32K i 25M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych, wyposażenie i doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach, którego utworzone zostaną 76 stanowisk pracy dla 76os.(21K i 55M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 47os.(19K i 28M),zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia - indywid. i grupowe na które skierowanych zostanie 103 osoby(30K i 73M).Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. Rekrutacja będzie dostępna dla wszystkich zainteres. potencjalnych uczestników/czek. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na poszczeg. formy wsparcia.
