The aim of the project is to increase the employment of people who are unemployed in the Malbork County. The project will support 158 (95K,63M) unemployed persons registered with PUPs in M-ku qualified for I (active) or II (requiring support) profile of assistance, excluding persons before the age of 30 who belong to at least one of the following groups: persons of Pot. 50 years old, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people. Each person participating in the project will be provided with individualised support covering all forms (including the aid profile) based on the analysis of skills, predisposition and occupational problems (development/update of the IPD) necessary to improve their labour market situation and consequently gain employment. Any person will be able to benefit from both services and labour market instruments: the allocation of one-off funds for starting a business will be preceded by professional guidance, and traineeships and taking up work in the framework of intervention work or equipment and retrofitting of the workplace through the work. As a result of the project, 111 people (67K, 44M) will find employment, including 44 (24K, 20M) as part of self-employment. The project is compatible with Community and national law, including the PHP Act, the Employment Promotion Act (...), the de minimis Aid Act. In addition, its assumptions by improving the quality of human capital and supporting entrepreneurship, including supporting local actors in the process of creating new jobs, are part of the Malbork Economic Change Management Strategy for the years 2012-2019 and the Malbork Development Strategy 2014-2020. In addition, by targeting EU support towards areas with a high unemployment rate of 20.1 % (GUS 30.06.15) at risk of exclusion and poverty contributes to sustainable development policy. (English)
