The project is addressed to 519 people who remain unemployed (263K and 256M) from the Kościerskie county registered in the PUP. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons for whom the I or II aid profile has been established within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions (excluding persons before the end of 30), belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed persons, low-skilled persons. Specific objectives of the project: •Professional activation of project participants. • Increasing the employability of project participants. Actions: •Recruitment and diagnosis of project participants. •Detailed analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan and Vocational Advice. •Creating conditions conducive to increasing the employability of unemployed people, including measures aimed at obtaining, changing or improving professional qualifications or competences in the form of training and gaining professional experience in the workplace as part of traineeships, intervention work or reimbursed jobs. •Support for the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment through one-off measures to start a business. The main effect of the project will be to undertake and then maintain employment by at least 3 % of people aged 50 and over,39 % of women,33 % of the long-term unemployed,38 % of low-skilled people(without people who receive grants for start-up of economic activity).The project is part of the objectives and objectives of the MPC for the years 2014-2020.The project is implemented in accordance with the principles of the PZP and in accordance with the rules of the PPO and the policy of employment, policies and policies. Projekt skierowany jest do 519 osób pozostających bez pracy(263K i 256M)z powiatu kościerskiego zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych,dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 r. ż.),należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup:osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej,kobiety,osoby z niepełnosprawnościami,osoby długotrwale bezrobotne,osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Cele szczegółowe projektu: •Aktywizacja zawodowa uczestników projektu. •Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Działania: •Rekrutacja oraz diagnoza uczestników projektu. •Pogłębiona analiza umiejętności,predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania oraz poradnictwa zawodowego. •Tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych,obejmujące m.in. działania na rzecz uzyskania,zmiany lub podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych bądź kompetencji w formie szkoleń oraz zdobycia doświadczeń zawodowych w miejscu pracy w ramach staży,prac interwencyjnych lub refundowanych stanowisk pracy. •Wsparcie w zakresie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia dzięki jednorazowym środkom na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Głównym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie,a następnie utrzymanie przez min.3 m-ce zatrudnienia przez co najmniej:33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej,39% kobiet,33% osób niepełnospr.,30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych,38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach(bez osób,które otrzymają dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej).Projekt wpisuje się w cele i założenia RPO WP na lata 2014-2020.Projekt realizowany jest zgodnie z Ustawą PZP,Ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia (...),SzOOP i pozostałym prawodawstwem krajowym,politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi,w tym polityką równości szans i niedyskrymi (Polish)
