Proj. skierowany jest do 191os.(102K,89M) bezrobotnych zarej. w PUP z powiatu nowodworskiego znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej syt. na rynku pr. z wyłączeniem os. przed ukończeniem 30r.ż. z obszaru realiz. mech. ZIT. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie przez usł. i instr. rynku pracy określone w ust. o promocji zatrud. i inst. rynku pracy z wyłączeniem robót publ. Pierwszym etapem realiz. proj. będzie rekrutacja uczestników do proj., która będzie prowadzona na bieżąco i będzie miała charakter otwarty, na podstawie ośw. o kwalifi. uczestnika do proj., zgodnie z zasadą równości szans K i M. Wszyscy uczestnicy proj. K i M zostaną skier. do doradców klienta w celu założenia IPD, które zidentyfikuje probl. i potrzeby zawodowe. oraz określi ścieżkę aktyw. zawodow., a także objęcie uczestników wsparciem w zakresie poradnictwa zawodowego lub pośrednictwa pracy. W przypadku stwierdzenia braku kwalif. czy kompet. i umiej. zawod. część os. bezr. zostanie skierowana na szkol. indywidualne - 17 os.(5K,12M), które będą odpowiedzią na aktualne potrzeby rymku prac. W przypadku braku lub ograniczonego dośw. zawod. częśc os. zostanie skierow. do odbycia stażu u pracod. 67 os.(50K,17M), do pracod. w ramach refundacji kostzów stworz. lub doposaż. stanowiska pracy- 33 os. (12K,21M) oraz w ramach prac interw. - 40 os.(20K,20M). osoby przedsiębiorcze będą miały możliwość ubiegania się o dotacje na otwarcie działalności gosp.-33os.(13K,20M). Efektem będzie podjecie zatrudnienie zgodnie z wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć z udziałem środków EFS w obszarze rynku pracy. Proj. jest zgodny z RPO WP, wpisuje się w politykę i zasadę równych szans (KiM) i niedyskryminacji. Zgodny jest z koncepcją zrówn. rozwoju, prawodawstwem kraj. i wspóln. z ust. o prom. zatrudn. i inst. rynku pracy, ust. PZP, pomocą de minimis, Strategią ZIT, z SZOOP RPO 2014-220. (Polish)

The support will only be provided by the services and labour market institutions specified in the section on employment promotion and labour market, excluding publ works. The first stage of the project will be the recruitment of participants for the project, which will be conducted on an ongoing basis and will be open in character, on the basis of the eligibility of the participant for the project, in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities K and M. All participants in the project. K and M will be addressed to the client’s advisers in order to establish an IPD that will identify the pros and professional needs. and determine the path of professional activity, as well as the inclusion of participants in the field of professional guidance or job mediation. If there is a lack of qualification or competence and skill, part of a person will be directed to the school. individual – 17 people (5K,12M), which will respond to the current needs of the rhyme. In case of lack or limited occupation, part of the person will be referred for an internship with the workforce. 67 person(50K,17M), to work as part of the refund of the dice create or retrofit the workstation- 33 people. (12K,21M) and in the framework of the interventions. — 40 persons (20K,20M). Entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to apply for grants for the opening up of the operations of the managers-33 persons (13K,20M).
