The project will be covered by Janusz Korczak’s Special Education and Education Centre in Sokółka Special Kindergarten in Sokółka, for which Sokólski County is the leading body. The subject of the project is to adapt a special kindergarten to the needs of another 4 preschool pupils with different types of disability, who form another preschool group. The actions taken in the project are aimed at increasing the quality and availability of educational services in the field of preschool education in the area of Sokólski County. The implementation of the project is a response to problems related to the limited availability of children with disabilities to pre-school education services identified at the planning stage, in particular in the context of the projected future demand for such infrastructure. The project will be implemented in accordance with project type 4 through the following activities: equipment of the Special Preschool in Sokółka with teaching and therapeutic aids, multimedia and ICT equipment for the newly created preschool group and improving the qualifications of 3 teachers of the Special Preschool, due to insufficient qualifications and competences in the field of professional activity, in particular on special pedagogy and disability of children of preschool age. As a result of the project, the following general objectives of the project will be achieved: increase accessibility to educational services in the field of pre-school education for children with disabilities, improve educational conditions for children with disabilities, adapt pre-school education to predict demographic trends and social demand for new places. Projektem objęty zostanie Specjalny Ośrodek Szkolno-Wychowawczy im. Janusza Korczaka w Sokółce Przedszkole Specjalne w Sokółce, dla którego organem prowadzącym jest Powiat Sokólski. Przedmiotem projektu jest dostosowanie przedszkola specjalnego do potrzeb kolejnych 4 wychowanków w wieku przedszkolnym z różnymi rodzajami niepełnosprawności, którzy tworzą kolejną grupę przedszkolną. Działania podjęte w projekcie mają na celu zwiększenie jakości i dostępności do usług edukacyjnych w zakresie wychowania przedszkolnego na obszarze Powiatu Sokólskiego. Realizacja projektu jest odpowiedzią, na zidentyfikowane na etapie planowania, problemy związane z ograniczoną dostępnością do usług edukacji przedszkolnej dzieci niepełnosprawnych w szczególności w kontekście prognozowanego popytu na tego typu infrastrukturę w przyszłości. Projekt będzie realizowany zgodnie z typem projektu nr 4 poprzez następujące działania: wyposażenie Przedszkola Specjalnego w Sokółce w pomoce dydaktyczne i terapeutyczne, sprzęt multimedialny i TIK dla nowoutworzonej grupy przedszkolnej oraz doskonalenie kwalifikacji 3 nauczycieli Przedszkola Specjalnego, z uwagi na niewystarczjące kwalifikacje i kompetencje w zakresie związanym z wykonywanym zawodem w szczególności na temat pedagogiki specjalnej oraz niepełnosprawności dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia osiągnięte zostaną następujące cele ogólne projektu: zwiększenie dostępności do usług edukacyjnych w zakresie wychowania przedszkolnego dla dzieci niepełnosprawnych, poprawa warunków wychowania edukacyjnego dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami, dostosowanie placówki wychowania przedszkolnego do prognozowanych trendów demograficznych i społecznego zapotrzebowania na nowe miejsca. Należy podkreślić, że zapewnienie dostępu do usług przedszkolnych stanowi istotny element włączenia dzieci w życie społeczne i przygotowania najmłodszych do dalszej edukacji. (Polish)
