Projekt pod nazwą "Utworzenie miejsca rekreacji i wypoczynku przy budynku świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Łady Polne, gm. Zambrów" dotyczy rewitalizacji placu przy świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Łady Polne na działce nr geod. 10/1, obręb 0029 Łady Polne. Projekt obejmuje realizację zadań: Zadanie 1: Budowa placu zabaw Zadanie 2. Budowa siłowni zewnętrznej Zadanie 3. Budowa boiska do piłki nożnej Zadanie 4. Budowa altany i grilla Zadanie 5. Budowa boiska wielofunkcyjnego Zadanie 6. Budowa ogrodzenia, dojść, dojazdów, parkingów i utwardzenie placów Zadanie 7. Nadzór inwestorski Zadanie 8. Aktualizacja kosztorysów Zadanie 9. Analiza wykonalności projektu Zadanie 10. Promocja projektu Celem ogólnym projektu jest poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wzrost aktywności społecznej i obywatelskiej poprzez dostęp do nowoczesnej infrastruktury na cele kultury, sportu, rekreacji i integracji lokalnej społeczności. Celem szczegółowym opracowania jest rewitalizacja terenu przy świetlicy wiejskiej w miejscowości Łady Polne. Inwestycja w całości obejmuje zagospodarowanie terenu w obrębie działek nr ew. 10/1 obręb 0029 Łady Polne. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki: - Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt. - Powierzchnia zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 0,33 ha - Wzrost liczby osób korzystających z rewitalizowanych terenów – 200 os./ rok Grupami docelowymi projektu są: - mieszkańcy zarówno wsi Łady Polne, w którym zlokalizowana będzie inwestycja jak i całej Gminy Zambrów, bez względu na wiek, płeć itp. Oferta kulturalna i rekreacyjna, której realizacja będzie możliwa dzięki realizacji projektu, będzie skierowana do każdego bez wyjątku członka lokalnej społeczności, - szczególną grupą docelową w ramach projektu, będą osoby defaworyzowane z terenu Gminy Zambrów, tj. osoby oraz rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Zambrów” concerns revitalisation of the square at the village hall in Łady Polne on the geod no. 10/1, 0029 Polne. Construction of a gazebo and barbecue Task 5. Construction of multifunctional pitch Task 6. Construction of fences, walkways, accesses, parking lots and hardening of the squares Task 7. Investor supervision Task 8. Updated estimates Task 9. Project feasibility analysis Task 10. Project promotion The general objective of the project is to improve the quality of life of residents and increase social and civic activity through access to modern infrastructure for cultural, sport, recreation and local community integration. The aim of the detailed study is to revitalise the area near the village hall in Łady Polne. The investment in its entirety includes land development within plots no. 10/1 of 0029 Łady Polne. The following indicators will be achieved as a result of the project: — Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas – 1 pieces. — Area of revitalised areas – 0.33 ha – Increase in the number of people using revitalised areas – 200 persons/year The target groups of the project are: — residents of both the village of Łady Polne, in which the investment will be located and the entire municipality of Zambrów, regardless of age, gender, etc. The cultural and recreational offer, which will be possible thanks to the implementation of the project, will be addressed to everyone without exception a member of the local community, – a special target group within the project will be disadvantaged from the area of Zambrów commune, i.e. persons and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion.
