Projekt zakłada kompleksowe wsparcie dla rodzin z GminyNysa wykluczonych społ. lub zagroż.wyklucz - włączenie społeczne.Wsparcie otrzymają rodziny przeż.probl.opiekuńczo-wych.,bezrobotni,dysfunkcyjni rodzice,dzieci korz.z plac.wsparcia dzienn.lub będące pod opieką kuratora bądź umieszczone w MOŚ/MOW. Celem naszego projektu jest przetestowanie modelowej pracy z rodzinami wykl. społ. poprzez poradnictwo psychol. i psychospołeczne, por.prawne,obywatelskie i zawodowe, pracę socjalną - dla rodziców, a dla dzieci zajęcia prof.-wych.,terapeutyczne i resocjal.umożl.nabywanie umiej.życiowych ułatwiających praw.funkcjonowanie w środowisku rodzinnym i społ.oraz integrację rodzin poprzez wspólne wyjazdy, wyjścia oraz pracę przy tworzeniu Klubu Rodzica oraz Centrum Streetworkingu.Drugi etap to zaawansowane wdrożenie modelu włączenia społecznego - przeniesienie pracy z rodzinami do nowopowstałego KR i CS. Elementem scalającym ww.dział.będą mediacje i terapie rodzinne w wypadku rodzin, które szczeg.będą tego wymagały.Real.proj.ma również na celu rozpoczęcie w GminieNysa walki z wykluczeniem społ.'w terenie' poprzez utworzenie grupy specj.- Pedagogów ulicy, którzy będą docierać z informacją o możliwościach skorzystania z systemu pomocy społecznej na teren całej Gminy, wzbudzą zaufanie i motywacje do korz.z pomocy, pokażą możliwość łatwego dostępu do narzędzi i instrumentów reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej, a przede wszystkim poprzez swoją pracę podniosą efektywność i skuteczność wsparcia osób z obszaru wykluczenia społecznego.Potrzeba realizacji działań wynika z tendencji wzrostowej dysfunkcjonalności rodzin w wieloproblemowym wymiarze - bezrob.,ubóstwo, przemoc, uzależnienia,rozbicie rodzin, przestępczość oraz z braku dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych w regionie. W trakcie realizacji działań projektu dorośli zapoznają się oraz podejmą współpracę z Pracownią Rozwoju Zawodowego przy PUP Nysa, która wspomoże w uzyskaniu efektywności zatrudnieniowej Ucz.projektu.
