Przedmiotem proj. jest utworzenie 10nowych miejsc reintegracji społ.i zawod.w nyskim CIS, które są rozszerzeniem dotychczasowej działalności CIS.Odpowiedzią na ubóstwo lub wykluczenie społ. jest reintegr.społ i zawod.(główne zadania CIS) oraz promowanie zatrudnienia wspieranego, a działania proj. skierowane są do osób zagrożonych tymi problemami.Celem proj.jest przygotowanie do powrotu na rynek pracy 10os. dzięki aktywnej reintegracji społ. i zaw.poprzez utworzenie dodatk.miejsc w nyskimCIS poprzez zorganizowanie zajęć w ramach warsztatu gastronomicznego. Ponadto przez cały okres trwania proj.oferujemy opiekę psychologa(kategoryzacja,terapia grup.lub indyw.,nadzór), pracownika socj.(nadzór nad indyw. ścieżką reintegr.społecznej),spec.reint.zawod.(tworzenie badź aktualiz.IPZS) oraz instruktora reint.zawod.(nadzór nad indyw. ścieżką reintegr.zaw.), dietetyka(porady dot.zbilansowanych posiłków).Ucz.proj.zapewnione zostaną posiłki, ubrania robocze, niezbędne badania lekarskie,akcesoria i narzędzie potrzebne do pracy w warsztacie zaw.Dodatkowo w ramach reintegr.społ. oferujemy wyjścia i spotkania integracyjne: poznawanie pracy w kuchniach i cukierniach "od zaplecza", spotkania z "ludźmi sukcesu"itp.
