The aim of the project is to implement long-term and multi-faceted actions aimed at preparing people at risk of poverty or social exclusion for active participation in social and professional life through the implementation of a programme of socio-occupational reintegration, including within the Social Integration Club.The aim of the project is to activate the socio-occupational activation of 40 people aged 18-65 years, eligible for social assistance in Paczków, inactive or unemployed in the period 01.04.2016. The project initiative responds to the diagnosed low level of social, educational and professional activity, inability to participate in the life of the local community and to operate on the labour market among clients of the Social Assistance Centre in Paczków. The implementation of a comprehensive socio-occupational reintegration programme and the creation of a new place for socio-occupational reintegration will increase social and life competences of project participants, motivation to act, take new challenges, increase the ability to operate on the labour market and gain skills and professional experience that is appropriate to the requirements of employers in the local/regional labour market. Through the implementation of the project actions, the 56 % socio-employment efficiency ratio and the employment efficiency ratio of 22 % will be achieved among the target group. In addition, the Social Integration Club will be set up during the project, in which 20 new places of social and professional reintegration will be created. The applicant shall declare the sustainability of the created entity after completion of the project for at least a period corresponding to the duration of the project, namely at least 20 months. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie długofalowych i wielopłaszczyznowych działań zmierzających do przygotowania osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym do aktywnego uczestnictwa w życiu społecznym i zawodowym poprzez realizację programu reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej, w tym w ramach Klubu Integracji Społecznej.Celem projektu jest aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 40 osób w wieku 18-65 lat, uprawnionych do korzystania z pomocy społecznej w OPS w Paczkowie, nieaktywnych zawodowo lub bezrobotnych w okresie 01.04.2016 r. - 31.12.2017 r. Działania projektowe będą realizowane na obszarze o wysokim wskaźniku ubóstwa (gmina Paczków). Inicjatywa projektowa stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowany niski poziom aktywności społecznej, edukacyjnej i zawodowej, nieumiejętność uczestnictwa w życiu społeczności lokalnej i funkcjonowania na rynku pracy wśród klientów Ośrodka Pomocy Społecznej w Paczkowie. Realizacja kompleksowego programu reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej oraz stworzenie nowego miejsca reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej przyczyni się do zwiększenie kompetencji społecznych i życiowych uczestników projektu, motywacji do działania, podejmowania nowych wyzwań, wzrostu umiejętności funkcjonowania na rynku pracy oraz uzyskania kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego adekwatnego do wymagań pracodawców na lokalnym/regionalnym rynku pracy. Poprzez realizację działań projektowych wśród grupy docelowej zostanie osiągnięty wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 56% oraz wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 22%. Ponadto w trakcie projektu zostanie utworzony Klub Integracji Społecznej, w którym powstanie 20 nowych miejsc reintegracji społecznej i zawodowej. Wnioskodawca deklaruje zachowanie trwałości utworzonego podmiotu po zakończeniu realizacji projektu, co najmniej przez okres odpowiadający okresowi realizacji projektu, a mianowicie co najmniej 20 m-cy.
