Przedmiotem projektu "Poprawa dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług zdrowotnych i społecznych w zakresie kompleksowej opieki nad matką i dzieckiem na obszarze środkowym[powiaty: opolski,grodzki-miasto Opole, nyski, prudnicki] województwa opolskiego" jest poprawa jakości opieki nad kobietą w okresie ciąży, porodu i połogu[wczesne wykrywanie wad rozwojowych,mobilna opiekaokołoporodowa,poradnictwo specjalistyczne dla rodziców];Ochrona zdrowia dziecka w kierunku wsparcia jego rozwoju psychospołecznego[pogłębiona diagnostyka rozwoju(psychomotorycznego) dziecka,wsparcie koordynowane,niwelowanie nieprawidłowości w rozwoju dzieci do lat 2] oraz profilaktyka zakażeń pneumokokowych. Działaniem towarzyszącym sądziałania informacyjno – edukacyjne.Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy w zakresie:depopulacji w regionie opolskim, niedostatecznej opieki okołoporodowej kobiet w ciąży i poporodzie, oraz niedostatecznej edukacji przyszłych rodziców. Projekt realizowany w okresie 01.05.2017 - 30.06.2019r przez NZOZ Zdrowa Rodzina s.c w partnerstwie z Mączka - lekarzeginekolodzy - spółka partnerska, Domowym Hospicjum dla Dzieci" w Opolu, Diecezjalną Fundacją Ochrony Życia, Rehabilitacja Katarzyną Błaszków oraz OLIO Gabriela Eliasz-Łukasiewicz na terenie obszaru środkowego (powiaty: opolski, grodzki-miasto Opole, nyski, prudnicki). Wsparciem w ramach projektu zostaną objęte kobiety w ciąży i w okresie połogu, noworodki i dzieci do 2roku życia oraz personel służb świadczących usługi zdrowotne. Wskaźniki rezultatu bezpośredniego: Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług zdrowotnych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu - 39;Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które deklarują wzrost jakości życia dzięki interwencji EFS - 171;Wskaźniki produktu: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami zdrowotnymi w programie - 695; Liczba osób objętych usługami zdrowotnymi w programie - 5200.
