The subject of the project is the replacement of individual heat sources in 108 households in the municipality of Kołaczyce.The scope of the project includes:- delivery and assembly of boilers for gas (79 pieces) together with storage tanks,- delivery and assembly of boilers for biomass (29 pieces), – installation of chimney cartridges.As it follows from the above project actions are aimed at eliminating factors conducive to high emissions of dust, through: — the modernisation/exchange of obsolete and inefficient individual boiler plants, ceramic furnaces, ethos heating, etc.;- reducing the use of coal of low quality;- installation of units of heat generation from RES (biomass);- reducing the combustion of waste/waste in individual boiler rooms.This will allow the realisation of the following specific objectives:- to improve the efficiency of energy efficiency of fuel combustion processes, – energy saving (in buildings) and the improvement of the energy efficiency of its energy costs – facilitated the maintenance of the energy efficiency of the energy efficiency of the fuel combustion processes, – energy saving (in buildings) and the energy efficiency of its energy efficiency – it will facilitate the improvement of the energy efficiency of the energy efficiency of the combustion of fuels, – energy saving (in buildings) and to rationalise its costs. Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana indywidualnych źródeł ciepła w 108 gospodarstwach domowych na terenie Gminy Kołaczyce.Zakres projektu obejmuje:- dostawę i montaż kotłów na gaz (79szt.) wraz z zasobnikami c.w.u.,- dostawę i montaż kotłów na biomasę (29szt.), - montaż wkładów kominowych.Jak wynika z powyższego działania projektu nakierowane są na likwidację czynników sprzyjające wysokiej emisyjności pyłów, poprzez: - modernizację/wymianę przestarzałych i nieefektywnych kotłowni indywidualnych, pieców ceramicznych, ogrzewania etażowego itp.;- zmniejszenie wykorzystanie węgla kamiennego niskiej jakości;- instalowanie jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE (biomasa);- ograniczenie spalania śmieci/odpadów w kotłowniach indywidualnych.To pozwoli na realizację następujących celów szczegółowych:- podniesienie efektywności procesów energetycznego spalania paliw, - oszczędność energii (w budynkach) i racjonalizację jej kosztów, - ułatwienie obsługi źródeł energii, poprawę komfortu cieplnego, - ograniczenie ubóstwa energetycznego.Ponadto projekt poprzez swoje działania skierowane bezpośrednio do mieszkańców celem poprawy jakości ich życia będzie promował postawy związane z oszczędzaniem energii oraz wpłynie na zwiększenie odpowiedzialności za stan środowiska i zanieczyszczenie powietrza.Celem głównym projektu jest - Zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza na terenie gminy Kołaczyce - co ma być zrealizowane dzięki osiągnięciu założonych rezultatów scharakteryzowanych następującymi wskaźnikami rezultatu: Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 2 390,09 tony równoważnika CO2.Szacowany roczny spadek emisji PM-10: 15 067.61 kg/rok.Liczba gospodarstw domowych, które będą korzystać z efektów projektu: 108 sztuk.
