The general objectives of the project are: improving the quality of life of residents of multi-family residential buildings in Brzozów and Grabownicy Starzeńska; Lower heating costs for multi-family residential buildings in Brzozów and Grabownicy Starzeńska; Reduced atmospheric pollution and Improvement of the technical condition of multi-family residential buildings in Brzozów and Grabownicy Starzeńska. The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in Brzozów and Grabownik Starzeńska. The project includes energy modernisation of 7 multi-family residential buildings located in Brzozów Municipality. The project’s material scope includes, inter alia: warming of the exterior walls of the building, replacement of window and door carpentry, warming of the ceiling of the last floor, warming of stropodache, warming of the ceilings of unheated cellars and foundation walls together with renovation of the existing firing band.As a result of the project: the number of energy-modernised buildings in Brzozów commune will increase, greenhouse gas emissions will decrease, heat and final energy consumption will decrease, energy supply costs will increase, and PM-10 emissions will be reduced. Celami ogólnymi projektu są: poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych w Brzozowie I Grabownicy Starzeńskiej; Niższe koszty ogrzewania budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych w Brzozowie I Grabownicy Starzeńskiej; Zmniejszone zanieczyszczenie atmosfery oraz Poprawa stanu technicznego budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych w Brzozowie I Grabownicy Starzeńskiej. Natomiast celem bezpośrednim projektu jest Poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych w Brzozowie i w Grabownicy Starzeńskiej. Projekt obejmuje modernizację energetyczną 7 budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych zlokalizowanych w Gminie Brzozów. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje między innymi: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych budynku, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, docieplenie stropu ostatniej kondygnacji, docieplenie stropodachów, docieplenie stropów nieogrzewanych piwnic oraz ścian fundamentowych wraz z remontem istniejącej opaski odbojowej.W wyniku realizacji projektu: zwiększy się liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków na terenie Gminy Brzozów, nastąpi spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych, zmniejszy się zużycie energii cieplnej oraz energii końcowej, wzrośnie też oszczędność kosztów zaopatrzenia w energię, nastąpi też zmniejszenie emisji pyłów PM-10.
