The main objective of the project is to reduce energy consumption (in the form of fuels and electricity) in four public buildings in the district of Leszów: The 2155.10 m² General Education High School, the 1569.00 m² Special Education and Education Centre, the main building of the Technical and Artistic Schools Complex with an area of 3249.70 m² and the school’s 1707.00 m² workshop building. All of these buildings are located in Lesko. In the existing state, buildings need to be adapted to the applicable technical conditions, and sanitary and electrical installations need to be modernised. The project in buildings foresees the execution of: thermal insulation works of building partitions with replacement of window and door carpentry, installation works of heating systems and hot water including replacement of gas boilers, electrical installation works involving the use of energy-saving light sources in buildings. In addition, for each building the installation of photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity for own use of buildings (including lighting needs) is envisaged. The implementation of the project will reduce the final energy demand in buildings by a total of 4 256.18 GJ/year, which will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions expressed in CO2 equivalent by a total of 332.23 t/year. As a result of the change in energy demand in buildings, energy supply costs will decrease by PLN 251 703.02 per year. Thanks to the installation of PV panels, a total of 47,98 MWh of electricity can be produced annually for the own needs of the buildings concerned. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Głównym celem projektu jest zmniejszenie zużycia energii (w postaci paliw i energii elektrycznej) w czterech budynkach użyteczności publicznej powiatu leskiego: Liceum Ogólnokształcącego o powierzchni 2155,10 m2, Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego o powierzchni 1569,00 m2, budynku głównego Zespołu Szkół Technicznych i Artystycznych o powierzchni 3249,70 m2 oraz budynku warsztatów tejże szkoły o powierzchni 1707,00 m2. Wszystkie w/w budynki zlokalizowane są w miejscowości Lesko. W stanie istniejącym budynki wymagają dostosowania do obowiązujących warunków technicznych, a instalacje sanitarne i elektryczne wymagają modernizacji. W ramach przedsięwzięcia w budynkach przewiduje się wykonanie: robót termoizolacyjnych przegród budowlanych z wymianą stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, robót instalacyjnych systemów ogrzewania i ciepłej wody użytkowej wraz z wymianą kotłów gazowych, robót instalacyjnych elektrycznych polegających na zastosowaniu energooszczędnych źródeł światła w budynkach. Dodatkowo dla każdego budynku przewiduje się wykonanie instalacji paneli fotowoltaicznych do produkcji energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne budynków (w tym potrzeby oświetlenia). Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia zapotrzebowania energii finalnej w budynkach łącznie o 4 256,18 GJ/rok, co spowoduje także redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych wyrażonych w ekwiwalencie CO2 łącznie o 332,23 t/rok. W wyniku zmiany zapotrzebowania na energię w budynkach zmniejszą się koszty zaopatrzenia w energię łącznie o 251 703,02 zł w skali roku. Dzięki zastosowaniu instalacji paneli PV będzie można wyprodukować rocznie łącznie 47,98 MWh energii elektrycznej na potrzeby własne przedmiotowych budynków. (Polish)
