Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby mieszkańców, które wiążą się ze zwiększeniem funkcjonalności obiektów użyteczności publicznej m.in. poprzez docieplenie budynków, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, modernizacja instalacji c.o. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zmniejszenia energochłonności budynków 7 budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Zaleszany. Planowane prace modernizacyjne spowodują zmniejszenie zużycia energii elektrycznej oraz energii cieplnej, co będzie miało pozytywny wpływ na środowisko naturalne, komfort użytkowania budynków oraz redukcje kosztów ich utrzymania.W wyniku realizacji projektu zakłada się, iż szacowany spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych wyniesie 170,26 tony ekwiwalentu CO2/rok (rok 2018). Ponadto roczna oszczędność kosztów energii powinna w 2018 r. wynieść 126 675,35 zł/rok. (Polish)
