The following works are foreseen in Primary School Building No 9: insulation of the building wall, insulation of the roof wall, replacement of window and door frames, components, electrical installations, sanitary installations. The multifunctional building plans work to: insulation of the building façade, insulation of top of the building, improved ventilation, installation of photovoltaic equipment and installation works for electricityki, sanitary installations. The implementation of the investment will allow the following to be obtained in turn: for Primary School No 9, EP score 66.13 kWh/m² year; ratio (PZ 74.07 %); EP index EP at 201.50 kWh/m² year; ratio — PZ 68.74 %.     Celem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej, tj. Szkoły Podstawowej nr 9 im. Jana Pawła II oraz Budynku Wielofunkcyjnego zlokalizowanych na terenie miasta Tarnobrzega. W budynku Szkoły podstawowej nr 9 przewidziano następujące prace: docieplenie ścian budynku, docieplenie stropodachu, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, elementy zabudowy, instalacje elektryczne, instalacje sanitarne. W Budynku Wielofunkcyjnym zaplanowano prace polegające na: dociepleniu elewacji budynku, dociepleniu stropodachu, usprawnienie wentylacji, montażu instalacji fotowoltaicznej wraz z pracami instalacyjnymi w zakresie elektryki, instalacje sanitarne. Realizacja inwestycji pozwoli na uzyskanie kolejno: dla Szkoły Podstawowej nr 9 - wskaźnik EP na poziomie 66,13 kWh/m2 rok; wskaźnik ?Pz 74,07 %.; Dla Budynku Wielofunkcyjnego - wskaźnik EP na poziomie 201,50 kWh/m2 rok; wskaźnik ?Pz 68,74 %.
