The subject of the project is investment activities aimed at rebuilding the building of the Public School Complex in Lower Basznia together with the reconstruction of the sports hall. In addition, the school team will be equipped with modern ICT equipment and equipped with teaching materials will be a natural laboratory. The implementation of the project will create favourable conditions for the development of the school covered by the project, ensuring at the same time improving the quality and standard of teaching, as well as increasing accessibility to modern teaching methods for children from rural areas of Lubaczów. The achievement of the main objective is possible through the achievement of the specific objectives: — improving the school’s local and sports base; — access to modern scientific aid for children; — improving the energy efficiency of the building; — improving working and working conditions; — reduce the disparities in access to education. Przedmiotem projektu są działania inwestycyjne mające na celu przebudowę budynku Zespołu Szkół Publicznych w Baszni Dolnej wraz z przebudową sali sportowej. Dodatkowo zespół szkół zostanie wyposażony w nowoczesny sprzęt ICT i doposażony w materiały dydaktyczne zostanie pracownia przyrodnicza. Realizacja projektu stworzy korzystne warunki do rozwoju szkoły objętej projektem zapewniając jednocześnie podniesienie jakości oraz standardu nauczania, a także zwiększenie dostępności do nowoczesnych metod nauczania dla dzieci z obszarów wiejskich gminy Lubaczów. Realizacja celu głównego jest możliwa dzięki osiągnięciu celów szczegółowych: - poprawę bazy lokalowej i sportowej szkoły; - dostęp dzieci do nowoczesnych pomocy naukowych; - poprawę wydajności energetycznej budynku; - poprawa warunków prowadzenia zajęć i pracy; - zmniejszenie dysproporcji w dostępie do edukacji. W ramach modernizacji planuje się: wyburzenie części ścian działowych i konstrukcyjnych, powiększenie otworów drzwiowych, częściowe zamurowanie otworów okiennych i drzwiowych, wyburzenie oraz budowę klatki schodowej przy wejściu głównym, przebudowę wejścia głównego, wymianę stolarki okiennej drewnianej na okna PCV wraz z wymianą podokienników wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych, wyburzenie klatki schodowej oraz wykonanie stropu w powstałym szybie po klatce schodowej (strop nad piwnicą i parterem), wyburzenie wiaty, schodów i ścian oporowych przy wejściu do kotłowni oraz wykonanie nowych, wyburzenie schodów i ścian przy wejściu do pomieszczenia nr 1.21, remont szatni, remont pomieszczeń parteru, piętra i holi, wymianę instalacji c.o., wykonanie instalacji wod.-kan., budowę schodów zewnętrznych stalowych przy sali gimn, przebudowę podjazdu dla osób niepełnosprawnych przy sali gimnastycznej, wykonanie ocieplenia ściany łącznika, wykonanie ocieplenia stropodachu w części nieocieplonej, przebudowę sali gimnast., w tym przebudowę stropu w sali gimnast., odnowienie elewacji frontowej przy wejściu gł. do szkoły.
